I give them a little grain everyday to add that tenderness to the meat and build a nice relationship with the animals as a treat for them. We love this time together.
All beef is dry aged 30 days prior to cutting and wrapping to intensify the flavour and increase tenderness
The cows have access to forest and fields as well as a creek to drink fresh water out of. Providing the best environment for our cows is truly what we care about. Building an eco-system farm where each element has it's role to play is super important to us.

Cows are processed at a provincially certified abattoir and vacuum sealed in clear plastic. Please keep in the freezer.
