Beef NY striploin steak
A striploin steak is the perfect middle ground between the sirloin and rib steak. It boasts a melt-in-your-mouth texture experience, but is still juicy and has a potently 'beefy' flavour. If you're put off by bloody meat, this is a great steak to serve medium to well-done, though it still tastes excellent rare. New York strips cook up well on a grill or high-grade cast-iron skillets by starting with a heavy sear, then letting it finish at lower heat in the oven.

I give them a little grain everyday to add that tenderness to the meat and build a nice relationship with the animals as a treat for them. We love this time together.
All beef is dry aged 30 days prior to cutting and wrapping to intensify the flavour and increase tenderness
The cows have access to forest and fields as well as a creek to drink fresh water out of. Providing the best environment for our cows is truly what we care about. Building an eco-system farm where each element has it's role to play is super important to us.

Cows are processed at a provincially certified abattoir and vacuum sealed in clear plastic. Please keep in the freezer.
Takes about 24h to thaw out depending on size.
Free on order over 20$ and 75kms away from the farm on Thursdays.
